People can enjoy unlimited traditional sangria, prosecco, caipirinha cocktails and bottled beers. Sangria is BoBo's signature drink, made in-house in the traditional Spanish/Portuguese way with red wine and chopped fruit and with a spiced syrup mix to enhance the flavour, plus a few dashes of Calvados for an extra kick.

To soak it all up, the accompanying menu includes Bocadillos (Spanish sandwiches) charcuterie and cheese boards, ham and aioli rolled bites, potato tortilla, Gordal olives and house pickles. This is followed by Pastel de Nata (Portuguese custard tarts), churros and fresh pastries.
