Responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining par levels for bar supplies/dry goods/fruits/mixers/purees/etc for Sunset Lounge and Pool account (Chef and Food & Beverage manager will handle Restaurant/Room Service/Banquet account)

Controls daily food, beverage, and labor costs that meet or exceed goals set

Ensures that food and beverages being served are of high quality and properly presented

Assists in maintaining carbonated and beer beverage systems

Assists the Food and Beverage Unit Supervisors in training and administering employee performance reviews

Applies all Winter Park and Food and beverage policies fairly and consistently (as set forth in the employee handbooks)

Enforces Colorado and Federal laws and regulations regarding food and liquor sales

Leads may be expected to motivate, train, & discipline staff at management discretion

Minimum 2+ year previous guest service experience

Must be able to reasonably and rationally handle guest's comments, questions and complaints

Resume highly preferred

Must be TIPS certified or able to become TIPS certified within 30 days of hire

Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, Mid shift's, weekends, and holidays

Minimum two years of related experience in luxury establishment

• Supervising bar staff

• Familiarity with Bartender labeling software (Seagull Scientific) is HIGHLY desirable
• Familiarity with ASSIST4 Carrier integration (AEB) is HIGHLY desirable
